Coming from My eBay, I am simply given the message, "You have hit a speed bump!". Logging in to PayPal, and attempt to make a payment without specifying it is an eBay item that I am paying for, then PayPal reports their CC Processor is down. Such down time for so long is pretty huge for such a global company, isn't it? Well, this thread is at least showing me one thing; it has happened before. "The PayPal site is currently experiencing technical difficulties with our credit card processor. We are working to solve this problem as quickly as possible. If you would like to use your credit card, please return to the PayPal website later to complete your transaction. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause."
